Airservices attending Indigenous careers expo

Airservices will be exhibiting at the FOGS Indigenous Employment and Careers Expo in Brisbane on Thursday 18 September.

The one day event aims to assist Indigenous job seekers into careers pathways, employment and training placements.

Airservices will have a stand at the event and staff will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about the latest round of recruiting for future air traffic controllers; technical trainees and aviation rescue fire fighters.

Also in attendance at the Airservices stand will be aviation rescue fire fighter and House Rules contestant Lloyd Wright.

The event runs from 9 am until 1:30 pm. Further information, including how to register your school to attend is available on the Former Origin Greats website.

Airservices is currently recruiting for air traffic controllers and aviation fire fighters in Coffs Harbour, Ballina, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Alice Springs and Darwin.
